Vinyasa Flow Level II
Learn to play on your mat! Vinyasa Flow Level 2 is a vigorous practice of breath and movement. We'll increase heat(metabolic fire) in the body through an evolving practive of yoga postures (asana) that teach you to twist bend and fly. Each pose helps to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and the mind.
