Freedom Flow (Energy Medicine & Yoga)

In a warm room, Freedom Flow combines the grounding of yoga asana, fluidity of dance and creative movement, expansion of pranayama, Crystal and Energy Healing, affirmations, journaling, and sacred chant for an inner clearing experience.  We’ll delve deep into our physical/emotional bodies, hone our intuitive awareness through movement, and leave refreshed for our next moments.

Freedom Flow borrows from Vinyasa Flow, Reiki/ Energy Medicine, as well as Meditation and Breathwork (pranayama) traditions.

Beginners Yoga

Beginners Yoga provides the fundamentals of developing a personal practice of yoga. You'll learn how to tailor yoga postures to your body and range of motion. You'll explore yoga postures that promote both strength and flexibility. You'll experience breathing techniques that increase the flow of oxygen to your body and brain bringing about a sense of relaxation and stress relief.Beginners Yoga is the perfect foundation for a healthy and healing practice of yoga.

Vinyasa Flow Level II



Learn to play on yo
ur mat!  Vinyasa Flow Level 2 is a vigorous practice of breath and movement.  We'll increase heat(metabolic fire) in the body through an evolving practive of yoga postures (asana) that teach you to twist bend and fly. Each pose helps to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and the mind.
